I have deployed a self-hosted gateway on Kubernetes to connect APIM to the On-Prem environment. but when I request from APIM to connect the application which is hosted locally (IIS) it shows ERROR 404 and 500.

@Mohd Naved Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A. If you have enabled URL scheme as HTTPS in API, and then call APIM with HTTP, you likely face 404 Resource Not found. Can you validate and let me know?

I would require additional details regarding 500 error such as intermittent or all the time, error reason/code, etc.
