Remove declined appointments from participants calendar

Question

Sometimes we want to create a recurrence appointment where we invite a room as location.

The problem is, if I create a series of appointments with participants and specify a room as the location, the participants do not receive a cancellation email if an appointment has already been created by another user on one of the days.

-> Instead, all recurring appointments are displayed in their calendar.

Is there any option to not display the appointments who are in conflict with other appointments at the same time?

RemoveCancledMeetings wasnt working for me.

Hi @Junior ,
When a scheduled meeting conflicts, the meeting will be cancelled but not automatically cleared in the calendar. The person who booked the meeting will receive a cancellation notice and he can choose to manually clear the meeting in the calendar. You could suggest areas you would like to see improved in Exchange Online on Feedback.
