test in webchat in Azure bot not working

created a dummy project in language studio custom question answering , deployed it and created a bot using same page. but when testing in web chat , it is not working. There is no response.
Test in project knowledge base is working fine. Checked all config settings on bot. it is integrated to language service, language key, project name everything is set correctly.
