Unable to use Portal Azure

When i log into portal.azure i get timed out with the try again error and this pop ups in the upper right"experiencing authitcation issues. I have cleared cache, rebooted, reset PC and same issue.

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

    I am not the only Global admin, we have 4 total and the others are working fine.
