problema con hora en ws 2012

hola tengo el siguiente evento en mi Windows server

event 142 time service

the time service has stopped advertising as a time source because the local clock is not syncronyced

y tengo desface de varios minutos por más que corrija la hora, algun post que me pueda ayudar a solucionar este problema

Assuming the PDC emulator try;

w32tm /unregister
net stop w32time
w32tm /register
net start w32time
w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:<ntp ip address> /syncfromflags:manual /reliable:yes /update
net stop w32time
net start w32time
then check
w32tm /query /source
w32tm /query /configuration
