Windows 11 Upgrade Issue

I Don't Know If Anyone Else Has This Problem But I Have A Intel Core i7-6700k CPU @4.00GHz And Even Though Looking In List Of All Supported CPUs Why Can't I Use This Version Of The i7 To Update To Windows 11?

What is the error message? There are some other dependencies and that could also impact the upgrade so check this. Download the Windows Assistant and try the process to verify the upgrade option - windows11

Check compactibility - windows-11

Hello,

Unfortunately, i7-6700k processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft.

Please check with official Windows 11 list of supported processors:

Most computers that are able to run Windows 10 can run Windows 11 in a supported or unsupported fashion.

Computers using Windows 11 in an unsupported fashion may not benefit from the improvements in performance, reliability, and security.
