ERROR AAL01: Could not complete account linking operation azure

Question

after having completed the course and followed the virtual training day, I have decided to take the exam, but when I go to take my exam discount and put the same email I have used to follow the virtual training day ( that is my university email), I got this " AAL01: Could not complete account linking operation "

pls smn can help me fix this??
