Showing error while downloading Microsoft SQL Server Management.I had tried to download in another drive,then also it showing same error...Please help me to solve this problem...

I've never heard of that product, but it is definitely a suspect. You could try disabling it and see what happens. Although, in many cases where the antivirus is the problem, that may not be sufficient. So if disabling does not help, uninstall it and enabled Windows Defender Firewall.
Yeah its worked. After uninstalling antivirus software SQL server management studio has downloaded successfully.Thank You!

Seems like registry or file permissions issue, check this YT video and should help you to resolve the issue, if not please provide the log file.
