VS2019 Xamarin can't use the package "Visual Studio Emulator for Android"

Question

Visual Studio Emulator for Android can be download separately by link https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/msft-android-emulator/
It works very nice but doesn't be selected in VS2019 for run a VS project.
The integrated Google emulator work but less stable and problems with redraw emulators windows (especial the virtual keyboard).
Is it possible to use in VS2019 the "Visual Studio Emulator for Android"?
What is situation with android emulators in VS2022 now?

The Visual Studio Emulator for Android has been deprecated in Visual Studio 2019. Instead, use the new Hyper-V support in the Google Android emulator.
