Why my Microsoft Learning Account disappeared?

Hi, I accessed today to my Microsoft Learning Account, and it disappeared? All my achievements and my badges and trophies disappeared.
How can I restore them? I took more than one year to achieve them and now they disappeared.

Could you please let me know as soon as possible? I was preparing for an exam and now I can't take it because my trainings are not apprearing anymore.

Please, could you solve the problem as soon as possible.

    I went in those pages but it seems that there isn't a clear solution on this.
    The email that I used is the same, I only re-set the password... and everything done until now disappeared.
