Hi, I was working on making a dashboard in python using http://127.0.0.1:5000 but everytime i run it it turns out to come this error, i tried everything but it didn't work!

Please help me with this.

From where did you see the message? In a web browser or from the Python command itself? You need to edit the question to include more details such as what were printed out fully by that Python command.

Also, since you have posted the question on azure-webapps tag, are you leveraging Azure App Service WebApp or hosting the website/app on an Azure VM or any other Azure service?
