Need to merge MCIDs resulting from duplicate email addresses

Question

Hi Microsoft Support,

I've realised I have duplicate Microsoft Learn accounts, they have different MCIDs and the same email address (the difference is that one of the emails has a few of the letters capitalised).

Can we please merge these 2 accounts together, I recently received some Azure certificates and would like to have them linked to the same account.

Could you please assist with this?
