Unable to find upcoming certification for reschedule the exam, no certification profile found

Hi Team,

I'm unable to find the certification detail to reschedule the exam, No certification profile found. Is your certification profile under another personal account?

I tried to login with my IDs, however i didn't find the upcoming SC-900 certification exam details.
