Recording call issue

I have facing issue when recording a meeting - i am doing it the way it should be and for some reasons i always get this at the end of the recording - Anyone could help?

    Microsoft 365 admin users have access to diagnostic tools that they can run within the tenant to verify that the user is correctly configured to record a meeting in Teams. You could select the Run Tests link. This will populate the diagnostic in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
