Uploading MOS certifications from Certiport

Question

I passed certification exams for Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (2013) in 2015 through Certiport. I have no certifications listed in my Microsoft account. I have already connected my profile. I believe that I may never have followed steps to connect my Certiport information to my Microsoft account, and the links that I have to do so are long expired. I have my Certiport ID and my test results. How can I enter them into my Microsoft account?

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
