BSOD Question

Here is a link to the V2 log collector zip file: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Auhacr-FundUaptUD-ehyEZ0Wv0?e=VWLFM1

Basically, I've been getting a BSOD or freezing without the bsod for about a year. I know most, and maybe all, of the .dmp files I've looked at over this long year have mentioned an issue with nvlddmkm, which I discovered is related to the graphics card. I'm also fairly certain most of my issues started after a graphics card update from Nvidia as well. My card is a RTX 2070 Super, for what that's worth. If there's any other information I can provide, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi. Thank you for your question and reaching out.

To view error messages, please disable the automatic restart setting.

If Automatic restart is turned on, errors could happen but not show up. If you don't want the computer to restart when an error occurs, disable this option. The information in the error message might help you fix the problem.

    1. Look for and open View advanced system settings in Windows.
    2. Click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section.
    3. Click OK after unchecking the box next to Automatically restart.
    4. Launch the computer again.

When a problem arises, the computer no longer restarts itself automatically. Instead, a blue screen with helpful information appears. The data in the error can be used to look for a solution.
