Only "Basic" custom keyword model training available in region with "Advanced" model support

Question

Hi, I'm trying to train a keyword recognition model using Advanced, but the option is not available?
Have tried using Australia East and Southeast Asia, both of which are listed as having support, but no luck, and no outages on the status or service portals

Any assistance appreciated
