Getting conversation-id API not working for user and installed-app

I'm using GET api with "/users/<< user_upn >>/teamwork/installedApps/ << installed_app_id >>/chat" url. It was working fine earlier, now I'm getting 400 Bad request error.

Could you please reverify if you are using correct User UPN or Installed app id? -

yes, it is correct. I got installed application id from another API, https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/users/d0p033c@homeoffice.wal-mart.com/teamwork/installedApps -

2022-10-31T09:30:47.657+00:00 I'm getting error for only one application-id, which is "MTQwYWViOWYtNjkzMi00MjFmLThlNTAtYWI4MmNjYzBhZmQzIyMwM2NjODkxMS00M2JlLTQ2ZDMtOTBjZS05ZTc5NTc2Nzc1YzI=" , not sure how.
For other applications, I'm getting correct response. -
