How do I shut off Microsoft Store "Free Trial is Over" reminders?

Hi folks,
Two weeks ago I did a seven-day free trial of a Microsoft Store app, which I've since decided I don't really need right now. But after about ten days, every morning when I boot the system, I get:

"Copy to clipboard" only copies that text, by the way. Close just closes that window (which, by the way, will NOT let any window underneath it, nor on the desktop, be selected).
I tried RESET of the app (in Settings, Apps), but that didn't make this go away.
Windows 10 Enterprise, centrally managed, fully updated system.
(I asked this in the Windows 10 forum, and they sent me over here.
