SUBSCRIPTION DELETED

My subscription along with its data and services was deleted last night. I had been trying to upgrade to 'Pay-as-you-go' for some time but I kept getting a 'you are not eligible' error message. Today my subscription was deleted and after that, for some bizarre reasons I was finally allowed to upgrade. I MUST recover and restore my subscription with data and services. My website was built on azure with and heavily relied on the mongo database used on top.

I have been trying to submit requests through my portal, but I am not allowed to do so because I don't have permissions (given that the subscription has been deleted) - yet I am the owner.

PLEASE URGENT HELP!

    Hi VincciRom,
    Sorry for your troubles.
    You're taking the right approach in opening a ticket with Microsoft.
    It's very odd that your subscription would have been deleted by anyone who didn't have the right privileges.
    If you search the forum for 'subscription deleted' you'll find you're not the first for this to happen.
