Getting discount by linking personal and work email id

Question

Hi,

My company has given us the access to the Enterprise skill initiative. I have sort of linked my personal and professional email in my ESI account.

I have also linked both of my accounts in MS learn. But when I check the discount, website mentions there is no discount.

Can you please check, if the linking is proper. If not, can you please share the steps on how I can link the accounts.
