Cannot connect with Jira integration

Hi,
I'm trying to connect Jira with Azure Devops, using the app:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220515/azure-pipelines-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

But I cannot log in to my Organization/Project.

I have access Project manager permission on Azure, but I keep seeing the error 'Signature is not valid'

What signature is this?
