usage policy limitation for free tier

Question

I want to use my output sound from Microsoft TTs but I am in free tier for testing. Is that allowable and legal? Microsoft do not put this point in their privacy policy so I am confused. Clarification is needed here.

Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A platform, you can use the audio files and text generated from TTS or STT for commercial use, but please ensure below:

1.You are using a speech resource that is billed for your valid subscription. The billing will be based on the pricing as mentioned in the pricing page. If you are using a free account or credit, you can but you should consider upgrading to Pay as you go since free tier might not be a scalable solution.

2.You can't use our AI output to recreate an AI model
