What is "Other" Store Client Category in Aquisitions report
This is a Partner Center question about Insights--Aquisitions report of one of my Apps.
Since last week, I'm seeing a new StoreClientCategory "Other" in the aquisitions report as well as download reports. Previously only 2 categories appeared: Web Client or Store Client.
What is this "other" client and how does he buy an app?
I've checked the document about Acquisitions, but there is no clear statement about the Other type. You might need to contact the store team and ask about this. Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose CHAT NOW or SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly about this.
Thank you for the reply. But I can't find the Non Technical--Dashboard link at all from my Action Center interface as well as following from your link. Now they have a very frustrating series of dropdowns that often end up on a help page instead of taking me to a form to send email.
Also, I doubt that Store Support is not very good. On each of the previous occasions, they always ask for a Video even if that is not relevant and the problem is explained completely. I hope you can convey to the Microsoft Store management to put good support people there.

Contact Usbutton first. Then you could see the Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and fire a support ticket about this.
