A company has Azure Virtual Desktop in a hybrid environment. So the virtual machines are in their Azure and domain. The Azure Virtual Desktop and an software application is published to Microsoft remote app and they connect with email adress as subscription.

Suddenly a problem has accoured, they can connect to the subscription, but when they connect to the published applikation or desktop they will be prompt with windows credential screen and the password gets refused. Some of the users have tried changning to "anoter account" and use the AD domain user account instead, and get to login. Some users still has problem with that.

They have no problem to login to remote desktop on the web.

We have reinstalled the application, add and remove subscription. Checked the key vault in windows. They have not recently changed any passwords. And I cant find any good logs aywhere that can tell me why this is happening.

Any suggestions?

    Hi

you'll need to enable Azure Monitor Log Analytics for your Azure Virtual Desktop Host Pools and Session Hosts. This will give you in-depth technical logging and is the best way to diagnose the issues.

    Details here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/azure-monitor

    Thanks
