OSD Regional settings

I want to change the Regional settings for the devices in another location during OSD. I have tried to use a powershell script in a task sequence but it doesn't work. Could you please share your solution?

    We can use unattend.xml and Task Sequence Variable to set regional setting during OSD. For more information, please refer to:
