Missing linked certification

Hello

I completed Power platform fundamentals certification but can not find it with my associated account.
I am now at another organisation and want to complete additional certifications but need to find my original certification so that I have a single account.

Please help!

    Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

    Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums, and you can ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"

    Hi

    when I click on Ask a Question, it asks me to sign in with my Microsoft Account credentials and brings me into this direct page to ask a new question
