Missing Certification Badges

Question

I passed a certification test for Microsoft Word 2016 yesterday and received an email about claiming my badge from Certiport. This is not the first certification test I have passed through Certiport but I have never claimed badges. I completed the steps in the email and signed into my Microsoft account and click on Certifications (at the left) and Connect Certification Profile on that screen but I receive an error message that says to read all instructions to align accounts. I am signed into my Microsoft account with the same email I use for Certiport and testing. Why are my past and most recent certifications not showing? Please help with this.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
