I dont have access to company email address.

Hi

you'll need to access Partner Center using your company logon id. If you don't have access to this, your company admin will need to provide it for you.

Once logged in there, you can choose to associate your personal certification profile with your company account.

If this is not possible, you will need to raise a request through Certification and Training Support forums. You can ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"
