I switch immediately to the issue.

My favourite teaching software is One Note from Microsoft.

I know it is not the best software but through Google Drive I can share what I write between my PC's.

I have and important issue in One Note.

In fact, if I enabled the Windows Ink check on both driver (Wacom and Huion) I see the red highlight in the menu area. As soon as I enter the One Note writing space, the pen attention pink circle disappears, and drawing pen is only indicated by a quite invisible small point. As soon as I get back in the menu are the pen attention dot reappears.

I tried on different software.

Of course, is One Note issue.

I tried several software like spot on the mouse or pen attention or cursor attention. None of them solved the above issue.

All video and images provided can be found here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/one-note-no-pointer-visible-in-the-drawing-area/1d8a8e43-ad50-411b-853b-3c2a5ec064b3?messageId=665252a6-1fc4-4e7b-8596-8f46466d8581

Additional video showing various issue with drawing table (Huion) and several MS software.

As you can see there are several issue with different MS software and a weird behabìviour of the attached usb pen tablet

    Hi, @Toni Cuea

One solution would be setting up through control panel. You can enable it in Control Panel->Mouse Properties->Pointer Options->Show location of pointer when I press Ctrl key. Pressing Ctrl will animate a shrinking circle at the location of the cursor.
You can also press alt shift or control. It will bring up a little box to say that you pressed that key, and the box follows your cursor.
The size of the pointer cannot be adjusted, you can use the feedback function of OneNote to give some advice.

Dear Charles, as you can see in video OneNote_Issue.avi, you can download from the given link https://we.tl/t-y3hpjcgWtS, I've already tried such solution but it doesn't work.
In fact even cursor with CTRL works only up on the frame BUT not in the drawing area
I can't understand why OneNote is so messed around ...
I need somebody able to patch that !
