SccProveder dont work with "open folder" solution

I make custom source control for VS2019-2022. After file->"Open folder" or "Cmake"-> SCC provider don't receive any event connect with SCC.
I try to implement Microsoft.visualstudio.shel.sccitegration.SCCfolderProveder, but i don't recive event connected with SCCfolderProveder.

I would like to show solution explorer file glyph and status bar information.
