Looks like an issue with the content hash on the dp. Updating the content on dp should update the version and hash. Can you confirm if the content is successfully copying on the dp? What about other content?

Hello I have a task sequence I am using to upgrade windows 10 machines to windows 11. It fails with this error: 0x80091007
I have so far right clicked and updated the distribution.
Microsoft Security | Intune | Configuration Manager | Other

2022-11-02T14:16:01.837+00:00 Ok I will try updating again on the dp. I will update the wim, upgrade package and task sequence. I am not sure how to confirm that the content is successfully copying on the DP, however I have not had this issue yet with all the other applications and task sequences I have deployed over the months.

Agree with @Rahul Jindal [MVP] . Check if all components like Boot images, OS-Images, Task-Sequences and Announcements are published to the distribution point.
We can also delete the upgrade TS, Windows 11 image and then re-import the Windows 11 image, recreate the TS completely to have a try.

2022-11-04T14:03:26.693+00:00 I am making progress on this. I fied the hash error, I think it was because the source folder was a very long string of characters. I reduced that to something much smaller and the hash error is gone.
The issue I am having now is I think that the client computer itself is not capable of being upgraded to windows 11. I am running this command on the iso on the client local machine SETUP.EXE /Auto Upgrade /NoReboot /DynamicUpdate Disable /Compat ScanOnlyFirst there was an issue with TPM not being enabled, we fixed that. Now I see an issue with the processor is not supported. So I don't think there is anything wrong with my SCCM task sequence necessarily.

2022-11-09T13:54:11.437+00:00 Thanks everyone for all the help. The 2nd part of this issue after the hash fix was simply that the client was not able to upgrade to windows 11 because of the processor, so we moved on to another computer.

By default, the folders that contain these log files are hidden on the upgrade target computer. To view the log files, configure Windows Explorer to view hidden items.
