Error Code: 53003 - User attempting to access OWA from external location

Hello,

We have a user that needs external OWA access from a company notebook that will be used off-site. By default, accounts do not have OWA access from off-site, however this user has been granted access.

• Tried multiple networks.
• ensured no VPN software is being used while trying to reach OWA
