Status running, restart button disabled

Question

My App service is running, start button enable and restart button disabled.

Can stop or restart the app. Its working, but won't update changes.

Thanks for bringing this our attention. This is odd behavior. we are checking internally with the engineering team to see if this is a known issue and will get back to you when we hear back from them. When did you start noticing this behavior in the portal?
