When submitting new hardware, the optional certification provided in "Requested Signature" is incorrect!

My test server is Windows Server 2016.
My test system is Windows 10 21H1, so I loaded HLK for Win10 version 2004.
And I loaded the playlists for the 2004 version of HLK and passed all tests.

After I uploaded the hlkx file to The Microsoft Partner Center, the optional certification system is incorrect. I think there should be many sub versions of Win10 for me to choose from, but there is no Win10 system!

At present, I see the following certifiable systems in "Requested Signature":
