Im unable to view my certification appointment schedule

I had registered for PL-900 exam however I'm unable to view my Dashboard. Can you please help
Also, my profile Legal name is with initial whereas my government ID card is without the initial. Will this create a problem during the exam, can I Edit the Legal name?
