How to lock the background of 'Whiteboard' not to move?

I can't use 'Whiteboard' because it's background(or wall) is following my mouse pointer.

How to stop the following? Help me. T.T

Could provide us more information or screenshots to know your situation clearly?

According to your description, I guess that you click the “Pan and Zoom” button. Then, your mouse pointer will show as a hand. If so, choose a pen, text or note will stop the move.

Hi Sharon Zhao! I came looking for the same functionality. Right now, with a touchscreen + pen, it is very easy to bump the whiteboard and have it move. This is very unfortunate when taking screenshots to build an animated diagram, you want everything to stay in exactly the same position. Or recording a video or anything. Ideally, there should be an ability to "lock" the background temporarily, to prevent it from zooming or panning or reacting to any mouse, touch, scroll, etc. input until the "lock background in place" or "lock zoom and pan" setting has been disabled.
