Some Teams features available on one computer but not another

We have several users in our organization that are not able to access certain Teams features (specifically PowerPoint Live, reactions, and the ability to pop out a meeting into a new window) on their company-issued Windows 10 laptops. We have verified that there are no administrator settings that would prevent these features from working. We also verified that the app is fully updated and we have tried clearing the cache and reinstalling several times.

The features are not available on either the desktop app or web version. However, if the same users access their account from other (non-company managed) Windows 10 or Windows 11 machines or via our company VDI machines the features are available there. It appears that something on the laptops is blocking those features from being available. However, we have not been able to identify any GPO or other setting that could be causing this to happen.

    Hi @Katie Langston

To me I suppose it may be the by-design behavior.

As Teams update in a tenant won't be available to all the users at once.
It is a gradual rollout process in order to avoid unpredictable issues and save bandwidth.

Please kindly wait some time for the update to be pushed to the affected clients.
