Issues while taking exams with Pearson VUE and voucher expired, please help

Dear MS team,

I am reaching you as I desperately try to find support on an issue while having exam with Person VUE.
I have not been able to pass the AZ-120 - Planning and Administering Microsoft Azure for SAP Workloads - English (ENU) exam after 2 tentatives due to several errors during the exams:

  1. First try I got kick-out of the exam as apparently a program executed in background on its own. It was my work computer but never happened on previous certification exam in the past.
    ==> I opened a ticket and got the voucher back to reschedule. This time I did it with my personal laptop to avoid this kind of error.
  2. Second try and this time I was able to perform Pearson vue checks successfully as they encourage you to do in advance, but at exam day it was impossible to connect.
    ==> Again, I was not able to proceed.

Today, my voucher expired. This is very frustrating as I worked hard to learn twice for the exam.
And now I'm spending a lot of time creating tickets at person VUE, then here while not sure I'm posting at the good place.
This excluding the week end(s) it will require to learn again and refresh knowledge on Azure.

Asking in good faith, could you advise on how I can proceed?
knowing that next time I will go at a center to avoid these issues, not doing it online again.
