How to extract all anonymous links and file that are shared from Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint ?

Our company has security update in progress regarding shared links, actually everything is open, but not after security gets updated.

To identify who's is directly impacted by the end of anonymous links I need to know who's actually sharing a file or a folder with an anonymous link and I need to know the specific file or folder that has been shared.

Thanks for your help !

    Hi @Alexandre BERTRAND ,

Click the settings gear Settings icon and then click Site usage, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you can see "Shared with external users" section there. This section lists files that you have access to that are shared with users outside your organization through a sharing link.

To view who has access to those files, go to the Location where the files are stored and click "Advanced" in the Manage access window. In the upcoming page, you can view the Users who have permission through a sharing link.

    Hello,

It may not be what you want 100% but I think this may help if you don't know about it. It is possible to create Sharing Report manually inside each site as described in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/sharing-reports .

However, I'm not really sure if similar is possible to do by PowerShell or how to do it.

    Best regards,
    -DF
