Hello,

The chat function for some attendees is not appearing when they access the teams invite through the web app or phone app.

Please can you suggest how they can access this?

Is there a limit on how many people have access to the chat? For example, if 100 have joined would the 101 person not be able to access chat?

Please follow this MS documentation to know about root causes and corresponding resolutions related to chat issues in Teams meeting.

For limiting users access to the chat, the meeting organizer needs to make sure that the number of attendees in the meeting is less than the maximum limit.
