We have 1000,000 credits for AI builder - for use with power automate

Question

We have 1000,000 credits for AI builder - for use with power automate.
We understand that these should renew every month, and we are in a fresh month (November) but the powerapps admin centre is still saying that we have 0 credits remaining.
Is it possible tht the credits dont renew on the 1st of the month, but on some other day instead, and if so how do we find out when ?

Power apps is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Power apps actively monitors questions over at
