What is maximum size of a data file for both mdf and ldf?

Question

I am using Microsoft SQL Server 15.0.2095.3 Standard Edition.
And I have 14 databases under that SQL Server.
Now, I am planning to create a reporting database which will contain data from above mentioned 14 DBs.
That reporting DB size will be almost 5TB and it can be increased day by day.
I would like to know the maximum size of a data file (both mdf and ldf).
