Fakes exe command exit with with code -1073741819

I have a valid Visual Studio Enterprise subscription.
Installed VS2019 Enterprise in the my local machine and try to build a project with the below command line it throws the following error.
"$(FakesBinPath)\Fakes.exe" "$(TargetPath)" /tfv:v4.8 /OutputPath:"$(SolutionDir)FakesLibs"
The command ""C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Enterprise\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v16.0\Fakes\Fakes.exe" "C:\XXX\xxx.dll" /tfv:v4.8 /OutputPath:"C:\xxx\FakesLibs"" exited with code -1073741819.

If it persists, I suppose you may check if there is a system/hardware issue.
