AZURE VM Auto-shutdown Save button disabled

What's the level of access you have on the VM or on the resource group

Also check if you have registered for the resource provider Microsoft.DevTestLab

I'm the co-admin and owner, but I've no more Azure credit this month so I cannot register for the resource provider Microsoft.DevTestLab.

I'll try again on March, 12th .
