Attendees unable to join Teams Live event

Please i need your help on this issue.

A teams live event link was shared with all the attendees and they were not able to join the even and the message was appearing that event has been cancelled.

According to your description, I have the following questions to confirm with you：

1. Does the web client have the same problem?
2. Is it displayed in the meeting organizer's calendar?
3. What is the type of attendee? Users inside your organization or external users?

Also, you could check the Live events policies in the Teams admin center. If the above issues are ruled out, you could see if the meeting organizer meets the permissions and follow the steps in

Notes: Don't try to invite attendees via a Teams meeting. A new Teams meeting will have its own meeting link, which users might confuse with the live event attendee link.
