I am the owner of the azure tenant and as well the subscriptions. I am able to see the azure consumption cost from 'Cost and Billing section' on the azure portal. Can anybody help to get the monthly cost consumption via email.

Hello Gaurav, Current this feature is not supported. Notification is available only for Azure budget. However as a workaround, you can set up export and have the cost analysis exported to a specific storage account and create logic app to get them notified periodically to your mail. Regards Divya.

Hello Jimmy,

Unfortunately, there's no one document that explains this at one-stop. But, below is two references that confirms the above can be performed.

Doing this will automatically export the report to a storage account. Blob storage events are pushed using Azure Event grid to subscribers such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or even to your own http listener.

Based on the below image, logic app is one of the easy ways to achieve this. Other options are also listed.
