Problem about Ms Word 2016 Mail Merge Filter

Question

I am using Ms Word 2016
I linked a Excel sheet to a Word for making mail merge

I used two conditions in filter.

However, when I pressed Enter, I found many data which did not matched with my conditions.

When I checked the conditions, I found much more conditions were automatically added to the filter
The conditions were using "Or" function. As a result, my conditions were void and many unrelated data was used.

Does anyone know what did I do wrongly? Any solutions?

PS. I am using Chinese version. In the pictures, "且"means "and" and "或" means "or"
