Cannot connect to RDP Apps

I have a user trying to connect to Apps via Azure Virtual Desktop but keep getting an error of =

Couldn't connect.
Your session ended becasue there was a protocal error. If this keeps happening, ask your admin or tech support for help

    Hi

    I would advise you to enable Azure Monitor Log Analytics for your Azure Virtual Desktop Host Pools and Session Hosts. This will give you in-depth technical logging and is the best way to diagnose the issues.
