passed az-100 but not showing as azure administrator

Hi, i have passed exam az-100 in April 26, 2019.
On Microsoft Learn this shows now as Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Deployment.
By the time i did the exam i was told i only have to pass az-100 in order to get certified as Azure Administrator since these 2 exams (az-100\az-101) were going to be depleted.

Can this be changed in the MS Learn portal and if so, how can i do this?
